I don’t know what I would do without Gusto. Clients who have high turn over really work well with Gusto. I really appreciate the self on-boarding that Gusto has set up. New employees fill in their own retained earnings balance sheet information and you as the administrator verify and document. We have mostly seen this pop up when you have employees working in multiple locations or municipalities that have differing tax rates.
I wish that it was a little bit more mobile-friendly. Occasionally, I have difficulty viewing the PDFs on my phone and then I just wait until I’m near my computer. But, other than that, it’s pretty easy to use the app on a phone. Can get on the phone with anyone really quickly to answer any questions. We have unlimited PTO at my company, and so it always says I have a negative balance of time off that I have taken.

1000% Its great for big business/companies as well as small companies. One tiny thing is that it logs you off every time you switch a new tab and have to go back and log in again. I think you have to really do your own research about payments and HR law. Gusto will assist with that, but I fell most companies with Gusto won’t have a full HR team, so you have to make sure you’re paying people who leave and watch for HR law.
